Roasted Chicken Rice Kawan-kawan dapat membuat Roasted Chicken Rice hanya dengan menggunakan 28 bahan dan 6 langkah saja. Berikut ini bahan dan cara untuk memasaknya, bikin Roasted Chicken Rice yuk!

Bahan-bahan Roasted Chicken Rice

  1. Gunakan of A) Chicken.
  2. Gunakan 1/2 of chicken (cut into medium-sized).
  3. Gunakan 3/4 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  4. Diperlukan 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
  5. Gunakan 1/5 tbsp of honey (optional).
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 tbsp of ground black pepper (optional).
  7. Dibutuhkan 3 tbsp of fresh ginger juice (use lemon juice, if unavailable).
  8. Dibutuhkan 5 of cloves garlic (grind).
  9. Sediakan 0.5 of inch ginger (grind).
  10. Siapkan of B) Soup.
  11. Diperlukan 1 of Adabi brand soup spices.
  12. Diperlukan 1/2 of chicken bones.
  13. Siapkan 2 tbsp of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  14. Diperlukan 1 of litre of water.
  15. Sediakan of C) Rice.
  16. Sediakan 3 of cups of rice.
  17. Diperlukan 2 tbsp of of Maggie concentrated chicken stock.
  18. Siapkan 0.5 tbsp of of tumeric powder.
  19. Diperlukan of Salt.
  20. Dibutuhkan of D) Chilly sauce/paste.
  21. Dibutuhkan 5 of red chillies.
  22. Sediakan 5 of clove of garlic.
  23. Siapkan 2 cm of ginger.
  24. Siapkan 1 tbsp of of vinegar & sugar.
  25. Siapkan 1/2 of cup of water.
  26. Sediakan of Recommended garnishing :-.
  27. Gunakan of Lettuce.
  28. Diperlukan of Sliced tomato.

Langkah-langkah membuat Roasted Chicken Rice

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (A) for at least 10 mins.
  2. Lightly pan-fry chicken for 3 mins or until chicken turns light brown. Place chicken on baking tray and bake in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 30 mins.
  3. Mixed all ingredients (B) and bring to a boil.
  4. Mixed ingredients (C) in washed rice and cook in a rice cooker. If you are not using the concentrated chicken stock, use the chicken soup to cook the rice.
  5. Blend all ingredients (D) and cook for about 2 mins if you like.
  6. Plate the chicken and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
